STEP ONE – From Now Until Sunday 7th June

Workshop & Servicing – Manufacturers are allowing additional time for 2020 services. We have already started to contact customers who have missed their service appointments to make alternative arrangements. If you have not been contacted please email The week before your appointment you will receive an email confirming the new drop off procedure.

Warranty – Manufacturers have not as yet announced their return to work dates and will be working with reduced staffing levels when they do. We will contact you once we have heard from them and hope to arrange bookings for warranty work on a gradual phased basis.

Social distancing advice means staffing in the dealership will be at a reduced level so please bear with us whilst we catch up on emails, orders and requests. We will have an answer phone service during this time and we would ask all contact to be made via email

STEP TWO – From Monday 8th June – Thursday June 11th

The outside sales forecourt will be open. Viewing will be via appointment at this time. If you would like to make an appointment to view a new or used please email or call our dedicated sales line on 07803 290911.

New 2020 caravans – we anticipate a demand for new season units and production has been interrupted for several weeks so if you are thinking of a new caravan contact us NOW to discuss reserving one for you. We can do this over the telephone 07803 290911, via email or video link (Zoom, Messenger)

Handovers will be completed where possible via video call or presentation. If this is not possible, we can complete an onsite handover, compliant with Government guidelines on social distancing and hygiene protocols.

Accessories and Awnings – will be available on a click and collect basis. Order via the website or via email and we will have the items ready for you. We will then arrange collection at a time suitable for you. On arrival we'll safely pack your goods into your open car boot wearing gloves and a mask, so there is no contact with our staff.

Workshop – We will be taking bookings for services (priority will be given to existing customers with warranty period constrictions. Please email here to book in a service

Delivery Service - A new delivery service available for caravan or motor home handovers. Important information will still be given via video and we will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have. If you require a physical handover at the dealership, we will remain outside the vehicle ensuring social distancing guidelines are observed as much as possible.
