Covid Update November

If there is one thing this pandemic has taught us it is how to adapt. Regardless of the obstacles put in our way, we carry on and together we look forward to a positive future.

In-line with the new Government guidelines we need make a few changes to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, these changes will commence on Thursday 5th November.

Although we will be closing the doors to on-site visitors, we have tried, where possible to provide all of your normal services –

• Awnings, Accessories and Parts – The full complement will still be available online via www.youcancaravan.co.uk  Orders will be posted out or you can click and collect (by appointment).
• Storage – Will remain open for access. To assist us during this time we would ask you to keep visits to a minimum, site hours will be Mon – Sun 6am – 9pm.
• Caravan Sales – Caravans can be viewed by video on our You Tube Channel - https://bit.ly/3epONVd  or online via the website - www.teessidecaravans.co.uk If there is something you are looking for, you can contact a member of the Sales Team from 9.00am – 5.00pm seven days a week on [email protected] ?subject=Caravan%20Sales"> admin@teessidecaravans.co.uk
• Selling Your Caravan – If you are looking to part with your caravan or motorhome then call our dedicated Sales Team at [email protected] ?subject=Selling%20Your%20Caravan"> admin@teessidecaravans.co.uk    
• Handovers – All our customers will be contacted personally to rearrange at your convenience.
• Servicing - Customers with workshop bookings will be contacted in the next few days to re-arrange dates where necessary.
